Once a rising star within the Ordo Xenos of the Inquisition, he had the misfortune to tying his fortune to his former mentor, the now disgraced Inquisitor Thrax. As a result he had been all but banished to the outermost Eastern fringes chasing down supposed Xenos threats that inevitably turned out to be drunken stories blown out of proportion or pure fiction. This next "mission" had all the hallmarks of the latter. Orwhan IV was a semi-arid wasteland of a world, so utterly unremarkable in the broad view of the Imperium as a whole it rarely even appeared on official void maps.
